How to use Teeth Whitening Gel
Simply hold the tray in hot water for 5 to 10 seconds, shake off the water and place the tray over your teeth. Push the tray gently on your teeth to get a good mould, you can repeat this procedure again to get a perfect fit. It’s that straightforward. You then repeat the process with a second tray for your bottom teeth.
Next you should test that you’re not overly sensitive to the gel by placing a small amount in the tray and wearing it for less than 5 minutes.
